1. The Reef
This oceanfront dining restaurant is definitely one of the most popular restaurants located on Vilano Beach, if not, the most popular. It is located directly on the oceanside, which offers stunning views of the beach during your lunch or dinner.
You can enjoy outdoor seating on the patio or indoor dining (large windows, so the ocean is still very visible). The Reef is a more casual dining experience, but you could still choose to dress up as you will see some others do the same.
The atmosphere of this restaurant is laid back and provides a relaxing experience, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and drink while watching the waves roll in.
P.S their lobster is to die for!
You need to make reservations, if you hope to dine at The Reef. During their busy season of the summer, walk-ins are not available.

2. Aunt Kate’s
Aunt Kate’s is located across from The Reef (down the road). It is situated on the bank of the Tolomato River, making it a waterfront dining experience. You can choose to eat outside on the deck or inside.

Aunt Kate’s does not take reservations, so I recommend that you get there a bit earlier, so that you can plan for any potential wait time.

Beaches At Vilano has something for everyone from seafood, tacos, salads, sandwiches, and more! If you are a seafood lover, then this restaurant has all kinds of seafood dishes that you will love. If you are not, you can still choose from a variety of salads, pastas, and a couple of steak options.
I recommend going to dinner at Cap’s On The Water (they offer lunch as well) because they are well known for having gorgeous views of the sunset.
