Beach Snacks For Adults
Healthy Beach Snacks:
1. Frozen Grapes
Yes, you read that correctly. . . frozen grapes! Seriously, if you haven't tried them yet, you are missing out.
Frozen grapes are such a great snack for the beach because they are not only healthy, but a great way to cool off in the hot summer sun. Pop them in the freezer the night before and they will be ready to pack in the cooler the next morning.

2. Trail Mix
Trail mix is always a fan favorite. Depending on your preference, you may enjoy the more healthy option of the cranberry and nut trail mix or the more "fun" (in my opinion) option of nuts, chocolate, and dried fruit trail mix.
Both are super easy to pack for a beach day.
3. Rice Cakes With Peanut Butter
Rice cakes are light and easy to snack on. Choose your favorite flavor, top it with some peanut butter, and you have yourself a tasty beach snack.
If you don't want the flavor options, you can always get the plain rice cakes and choose your own toppings.

These to-go packs of pistachios are so easy to throw in your beach bag. They are the perfect size for a quick snack and the best part is that they don't have any shells!
5. Spinach and Kale Chips
If you are looking for an alternative to your typical potato chip, then these spinach kale chips are a must. I snack on these all the time!
I will say that you probably won't like them if you don't like "green" tasting food items. For example, if you enjoy green smoothies, then I would say that you will probably like these chips, but if that doesn't sound like you then you may not LOVE them. It's really a hit or miss, but I say they are worth trying.

Homemade Beach Snacks:
1. Ants On A Log
You can't leave all of the fun snacks to the kids, so don't be ashamed to make yourself a little "ants on a log" snack for the beach. Simply cut up celery (about 2 inches long), fill it with peanut butter, and place your raisins on top (ants).
2. Peanut Butter Energy Balls
These 5 ingredient peanut butter balls are super easy to make the night before your beach day. Pack them in the cooler and you have yourself an easy snack for the beach. There are many recipes to follow, but I have listed my family's favorite below from Chef Savvy.

3. Homemade Fruit Popsicles
If I had to choose one snack to bring to the beach, it would 100% be homemade popsicles. There are so many different kinds of popsicles you can make from fruit popsicles, cream popsicles, juice popsicles, and more.
All you need is a popsicle mold and your ingredients. Be sure to keep them in the cooler for your beach day.

4. Homemade Chex Mix
Why buy chex mix when you can make it all by yourself at home?! It is so easy to put together and pack in a few ziplocks for the beach. I recommend reusable stasher ziplocks for snacks like this!

Sweet Beach Snacks:
1. Dark Chocolate Milano Cookies
I would be lying if I didn't say these aren't my guilty pleasure. You can't go to the beach without packing at least one sweet treat.
If you haven't tried these cookies, let me tell you. . . you are missing out!
2. Poppi Sparkling Prebiotic Sodas
I know this is not technically a snack, but I just could not leave out these Poppi sodas. They are seriously a must for any beach day.
These are the perfect alternative to regular sodas. Poppi sodas contain natural prebiotics, are made from fresh fruit, have 5g of sugar or less per can, and have 20 calories or less per can. So, you can enjoy a nice refreshing drink without the guilt.
3. Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds
Chocolate covered almonds are always a fan favorite. I recommend tossing these in your cooler to make sure they don't melt. Plus, I think they taste even better when they are chilled.
4. Muddy Bites
I freaked out when I first saw that these even existed. If you're not familiar with Muddy Bites, they are the best part of the ice cream cone. . . the end that is filled with chocolate.
You can choose your favorite type of chocolate filling from milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate.
5. Chex Mix Muddy Buddies
This is hands down my favorite childhood snack. Pop these in your cooler and you will not regret it.
A great way to end your beach day or even to snack on during the car ride home.
