Best Beach Essentials
1. Beach Bag
Having a high quality beach bag can make all of the difference during your beach day. It is the one item you rely on to carry your phone, wallet, towels, sunscreen, water bottle, and more.
This large water resistant beach bag is perfect for carrying and protecting your belongings, while allowing you to zip it closed.
2. Beach Speaker
What is a beach day without a speaker for music. A beach day is simply not complete if you aren’t jamming out to your favorite songs while hanging out with family and friends.
This waterproof speaker is specifically made to be outdoors and is perfect for the beach, pool, camping, shower, sports, etc.

3. Beach Pillow
This beach pillow is a serious game changer. If you are the type of person who likes to lay out at the beach and get your tan on, then you know how uncomfortable it is to lay your head on the sand.
That's why having a beach pillow is a serious upgrade! Plus, it is super easy to inflate, wicks water, and sheds sand.
4. Extra Large Beach Blanket
A beach blanket is seriously life-changing. It is so annoying to use your towel as a blanket to lay on, not to mention all the sand that gets on it.
This massive beach blanket is super easy to pack up and comes with six stakes to tie it down. This is a huge plus because you do not have to worry about it blowing away like a towel would.
5. S'well Water Bottle
I strongly feel that every person should own a S’well water bottle. They are by far the best water bottles on the market (in my opinion). I own this exact one and use it everyday.
They keep your water cold all day long even in the blazing hot sun. My mom got me hooked on them when she gifted me one for my birthday and ever since my entire family has been using them.
6. Sun Bum Leave-In Conditioner
Salt water can be very damaging to your hair because it dries it out, leading to breakage. That's why I 100% recommend spraying leave-in conditioner in your hair before swimming in the ocean, so that your hair can absorb the conditioner instead of the salt water.
7. Beach Towel Clips
Beach towel clips are so HELPFUL. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to get your towel to stay put on your chair on a windy day. Whether you are at the pool, beach, or on a cruise, these bad boys are life-savers.

8. Beach Hat
There are two types of beach people, those that cannot bare going to the beach without a hat and those that could careless about wearing a hat.
If you are a hat person, then I cannot recommend this Roxy wave hat enough. I have worn this hat to the beach so many times and I always get compliments about it.
9. Tinted Face Sunscreen
Not to be dramatic, but this is the best face sunscreen to exist. I seriously wear this EVERY SINGLE DAY. What makes this sunscreen so great is that it is tinted.
This tinted sunscreen leaves your face looking so smooth and even toned. I wear this when I do not feel like putting on makeup.
10. Sunscreen Lip Balm
Keep a few of these Sun Bum lip balms in your beach bag at all times. We often forget that our lips need to be protected from the sun too, so having a lip balm with SPF 30 will help keep your lips from getting sunburnt and dry.
11. Beach Sunglasses
Of course, you cannot go to the beach without sunglasses. I am always afraid of losing my sunglasses at the beach, so I try not to bring a super expensive pair of sunglasses.
12. Claw Hair Clips
If you have long hair like me, then these claw hair clips are going to become your new BFFs. We all know how windy the beach is, which means our hair is all over the place.
13. Spike Ball
Spikeball is the most perfect game to play on the beach. It’s the type of game that you start and can’t stop.
Of course, everyone brings the usual football, volleyballs, soccer balls, etc., but Spikeball is an all time favorite that gets everyone wanting to be involved.
14. Umbrella Hanging Hook
Simply attach these hooks to your beach umbrella and hang your belongings on them. You don’t have to worry about your bags getting sandy or wet. These hooks are super easy to fit onto your umbrella and can be adjusted on your preferred level.
These beach hooks are made of high quality polypropylene that are durable and designed to hold larger items such as towels.
15. Sun Bum Aloe
Whether you have a sunburn or not, I always love using aloe after a long day in the sun to help replenish my skin with moisture!
16. Cooler Backpack
Cooler bags are the easiest way to travel with a "cooler". This cooler bag will hold most of your cold items from drinks, sandwiches, fruit, etc. It is lightweight, durable, leak proof, insulated, and super easy to travel with (much better than dragging a large cooler around).
17. Sand Coasters
First glance you might be wondering why would I ever need these. I say this because I was thinking the same thing when I first discovered them.
These sand coasters have now become a huge beach essential that is super easy to pack. These are especially helpful for individuals that don’t have built in cup holders in their chairs.
This post was all about the most important beach essentials.
